  • Anatomy of Belief, In Fitness

In part 1, I broke down the 3 moving parts of a belief and I promised to share more about how this impacts your experience with fitness, exercise or physical performance.

So, here I am, delivering on that promise. I want to dive into the first moving part I talked about. Where are you right now in your health and fitness? Hometipsntrick

Or… if your an athlete, where are you in your performance level?

Are you as fit as you would like to be?

Are you burning the fat that you’re striving to rid yourself of?

Are you gaining strength and muscle mass you’re working out hard for?

Are you upping your game and making leaps in your performance at your sport?

If you answered no to any of these questions (or the ones relevant to you), then you have more than likely reached a plateau. A plateau is often a point of diminishing return like is often experienced in many strength training regimes, which is often resolved with a change in workout, but this is not the type of plateau I’m referring to.

This is a belief plateau. Whereby what needs to change is what you see to be true and how you feel about your experience, possibilities and yourself. If you’re exercising, working out or training towards a certain goal but you’ve stopped getting progress for a long time, then you may have reached your thermostatic point. The point that you feel comfortable at (but not necessarily satisfied with).

And if you’ve been struggling to make progress for a while, then the one thing holding you back is a belief or two about your ability, potential or worthiness.

If you know what those beliefs are, as I stated in part 1, it’s valuable to know what gives those beliefs their strength. What are the references that make you feel that the belief that’s holding you back is true? These references come in the form of past experiences, memories and lessons you may have been taught.

The more of these there are, the stronger the belief. Say you have a belief that says, “I just can’t build muscle because I’m really skinny and I always have been.”

One thing that you will have to do is exposing yourself to healthy and fit people; if you are an athlete then it will be necessary for you to train with athletes of your caliber or even better. If you’ve never been fit all your life, then you’d better visit a park or a health club where people are working out.

For the sake of your fitness motivation, I want to emphasize that there is no absolute solution to your success. You will have to sit down with at least two books every month, and living out what’s inside the book. Test that knowledge against what you know about the subject matter, and then practice it! While doing this remember to document everything for your future review, and it also acts as a record, for you to clearly see that you were productive.

If you think that you know everything about training your abdominal muscles, legs, arms or any other aspect of your health and fitness, then you are in for a rude shock. Why you wonder!, the reason is you are no longer coachable once you take up such a spirit.

There are some people out there who cannot be successful with their personal fitness trainers because they constantly challenge their trainers or always suggesting what should be done. At the end of the workout session, the trainer is drained and they lack the necessary fitness inspiration for the next workout session.

Then there those who think that working out or watching their nutrition are a bad thing.

Here is the hard truth: Those of us who refuse to exercise or eat right, are basically saying that they don’t see the point, and unless something really awful happens, such as developing high blood pressure, only then will they start paying attention to exercise and nutrition. It doesn’t take a tragedy for you to change your mind.

To those who are skeptical I urge them to visit their local hospital on a regular basis, for about three months. The amount of exposure you will get will be overbearing-and I can confidently say that, you will be a different person. This is your journey, nobody is forcing you to do anything, but don’t let awful conditions force you to change your ways.

You fitness inspiration will shoot up to the skies the moment you come to God, your father. Talk to him and ask him to teach you something. You will be amazed! No longer will you be expressing words such as. “Well, in our family we’re just fat”. Instead you will be uttering words such as “the lord is my constant, instant and abundant supplier”. So that even if you don’t enjoy working out in a traditional fitness center.

  • 5 Easy Steps to Building the Ultimate Survival Food Kit

Having something like a survival food kit meant you were labeled a “prepper,” as it that is somehow a bad thing. Preppers used to be laughed at and called “conspiracy theorists” for their beliefs in preparing themselves and their families for any and every upcoming hiccup that life might throw their way.

However, since the pandemic, hackers shutting down gas pipelines and meat manufacturers, rising food costs, weather disasters, and threats of war, everyday people are starting to think that maybe they, too should at least keep a survival food kit at the ready.

Getting started with building a survival food kit can seem overwhelming to many at first. What foods to add to the kit for the best nutrition? How long will the food last? How should I store the kit once I have it set up? These are just some of the questions you may be asking yourself, and the reason this is so is because you’re used to just buying. Fokusmagazins

What you like to eat and only as much as needed for the next week or so each time you go to the grocery store. Building a survival food kit doesn’t have to be overly complicated if you take on the process one step at a time.

You will need to ask yourself some questions in order to determine the primary use for your food kit first and foremost. Are you making the food kit for emergencies or conditions that confine you to home or for situations where you’ll need to grab the food kit, jump in your car, and go?

Will the kit be designed to stay in the car for emergencies while you’re in the vehicle away from home? Will the kit be expected to feed you and your family for just a few days or for weeks or even months?

Once you’ve decided on the purpose for your food kit, you’ll need to determine the place in your home or car where you intend on storing your food. You’ll need to keep in mind your intended size of the food supply which is directly based on how long the food should be able to feed you and your family since this will limit your storage space options.

Obviously, your car has limited space, so a 6-month supply of food probably won’t fit well nor is such a large amount of food in your car likely necessary anyway.

“If you don’t do what’s best for your body, you’re the one who comes up on the short end.”

You may be wondering what that quotation means or to whom it is addressed to. You might be surprised. That quote is an example of a weight loss motivation quote being used by many to inspire them through their battle with obesity.

A weight loss motivation quote is a saying or phrase taken, not just in weight loss books and journals, but also in literature and from famous people. Simply put, a weight loss motivation quote can be taken from just about anywhere, as long as it sends the message that you can lose weight and you have to have a healthy body. Bestbitcoinmixer

Quotes and lines by Winston Churchill, Eleanor Roosevelt, and even Mark Twain have been used as a weight loss motivation quote to help push people to lose weight. Most of these quotes do not directly mention weight loss. Rather, these quotes are targeting the individual’s psyche and emotions to help them get the inspiration to lose weight.

“Habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time.” Nevertheless, you might be surprised at how people are using these quotes to help themselves shape up and stay fit. Weight loss quotes are meant to inspire and motivate. But it is always important to keep in mind that these quotes are meant to push you to diet and exercise. A weight loss quote may prepare you emotionally and mentally to lose weight, but it does not stop there. Bitcoin
